The minimum time you will have a hearing after filing a civil summon is at least 9 months. We have three high court judges who are sitting in our Supreme Court. One of them presides over criminal matters, one deals with land matters, family and divorce and the Chief Justice deals with civil and anything else. 
 
These three judges also do circuits to the outer islands twice within a year. So it takes at least 9 months before you have a hearing.
